Directions
  1. Clean and dry the area.
  2. Apply a thick layer of gel over the whole mark.
  3. Wait 3 to 8 hours.
  4. Wipe away with a damp paper towel or cloth. Repeat on stubborn marks.
  5. On a washer seal, run a rinse or cleaning cycle before washing clothes.

How to use it

This bottle's directions: wait 3 to 8 hours.

  1. Dry it

    Wipe the area and let it dry. Gel slides off wet silicone.

  2. Apply thick

    Lay a heavy bead of gel over the whole mark, not a thin film.

  3. Wait

    Leave it for the time on your bottle. Old marks like the longer end.

  4. Wipe away

    Wipe off with a damp paper towel. Repeat on stubborn lines.

About the Blue Label Gel

The blue-label gel clings to vertical surfaces, so it works on the side wall of a shower and the fold of a washer seal without sliding off. The larger sizes come with a small brush for loosening what is left after you wipe.

The twin pack is two 5 fl oz bottles: one for the laundry, one for the bathroom. The 9.8 fl oz bottle comes boxed with a brush. The 16 fl oz bottle is the most gel for the money in this label, so check the price per fl oz on the options before you choose.

What it will not do

  • It will not stop marks coming back if the seal or the caulk stays wet.
  • It does not kill anything and is not a disinfectant.
  • Very old caulk that is cracked or lifting is better cut out and replaced than cleaned.

Put it on a dry surface, leave it for 3 to 8 hours, then brush lightly and wipe away with a damp cloth. On deep lines, a paper towel soaked in gel and laid over the seam holds it in place.
